UPDATE! The Final Rites of CULT OF THE LAMB: THE FIRST VERSE! Plus: A Prophecy of Things to Come…

Greetings, Followers of The Lamb,

Hello! We’re incredibly happy to announce that 99% OF ALL SHIPMENTS for CULT OF THE LAMB: THE FIRST VERSE have been dispatched from our Los Angeles fulfillment center, directly to those who have been patiently waiting for evidence of your devotion to The Lamb’s flock.

There are many thanks and there is much rejoicing, for it is you – devoted followers of The Lamb – who have made this campaign a legendary success, and it brings us true ecstasy to deliver all of your rewards unto you. 

As the sun prepares to set on CULT OF THE LAMB: THE FIRST VERSE,  we’ve prepared the below updates to address any outstanding or in-progress items: 

• As mentioned in our last update, Level Up Dice will be directly shipping all outstanding Clear Crystal Dice orders by the end of March to those who haven’t received them yet. Because of this delay, we mentioned that there is an extra TENTH, RED CRYSTAL QUARTZ DIE per set ordered to those who have been impacted by this as a “thank you” for your patience.
• To our HERETIC WHITE backers who are awaiting instructions on how and when your “get sacrificed” reward will be carried out, CHECK YOUR EMAIL – details just went out to the email address associated with Kickstarter account! 
• Some international backers may have noticed a delay in shipment tracking once the package enters its destination country. This is not unusual for overseas packages, as the rewards have to go through each individual country’s customs service, who each handle inspections and evaluation on a different timeline. The tracking updates can stall for days when it reaches your country, but it should pick right up again once it is released from customs. 
• If you typically log into Kickstarter using an Apple ID and/or haven’t received updates or Backerkit surveys, please email us directly at [email protected]. We can make the changes to your Backerkit account and get the surveys to you right away. There are still about 500 of you who have never completed your survey! We’ll continue to hold your rewards in the month, so that they can ship once we receive your information. 

And speaking of email… Our Customer Service Team is available and working Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM – 5PM Eastern Time, so if you email over the weekend, you will not receive a response until the next business day at the earliest. We generally answer emails in the order in which they are received, and it is not possible to respond instantly or in real time (but we do our best to keep up)! So a good rule of thumb is that it may take up to 72 hours to receive a response, and we always recommend that you email us directly at [email protected] instead of sending a Kickstarter message, BackerKit message, or campaign comment (if you have a specific question related to your order). 

And, finally, there are two prophecies yet to be fulfilled… 

First: Now that THE FIRST VERSE has been told, the CULT OF THE LAMB shall flourish farther still with more comic and graphic novel content to come in 2025… Watch this space for the first word on what’s to come shall be uttered here to our beloved flock when the time comes! 

Second: Oni Press will soon be unveiling its next magnificent Kickstarter opus in the form of RICK AND MORTY 10th ANNIVERSARY DELUXE OMNIBUS LIBRARY.

We’re not revealing all of the insanity that is yet to come just yet, but can share this primo box set – celebrating 10 years of acclaimed Rick and Morty comics at Oni Press – will feature the most deluxe presentation of the series’ first 100 issues ever attempted … plus a brand-new, UNREPRINTABLE Rick and Morty adventure from Eisner Award nominee Kyle Starks and CULT OF THE LAMB’s own Troy Little.
